7/17/22

Since I am no longer a sub and haven't been since April, I am not just putting focus on my comics as well as my advocacy but my mental health. The only thing I can say is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder sucks and I will be the happiest person in the world the day I am able to get into some cognitive behavioral therapy. It's not so much flashbacks that are the toughest thing to deal with but the panic attacks and then the flashbacks that pop out of the blue. I have literally made peace with everything that happened in high school to me but it still doesn't make it easy for the memories to flash back like they happened that day or yesterday. It's worse when someone says or does something exactly like someone that I once knew did. Leaves me wanting to get a punching bag so I can hit something like I did in Aerobic Kickboxing.

But I wanted to show you guys what it is like for one survivor dealing with all that comes with a severe TBI.

News!!!

I am working on building a non-profit to help those who like me have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury and this non-profit will either work with or offer/combination of therapy/services.

Besides working on building the non-profit above, building a public speaking profile, and substituting, along with managing all these websites, about the main thing keeping sane...lol, is writing the comics. I finished the first book. I need you Pioneers to create a student club so you can help me find what is missing and needs to be added. You know how you'll read something and wish the author had added something else to the story. I am in the process of working on the 2nd book.  I have some other exciting news but you need to form the club first before I tell you.
